BALLISTIC TESTINGS

European standard STANAG 2920
According NATO standard STANAG 2920 the helmet is ballistic tested according to parametar v50.
The V50 is the velocity at which, using the named projectile and target material, the estimated probability of perforation is 50%.

N.I.J. Standard
Defined different levels of protection, ammunition which is used by each level and velocities of projectiles which need to be realized by testing.
